Assess Personal Competencies to identify tools for success

Provide career opportunities screening

Report on Observations

Report on specific areas of opportunity or concern

Prioritize the needs and propose success goals

Help Acknowledge and accept the interferences and barriers

Step Three
Develop a Success Strategy

Agree on short and long term goals

Identify strategies for success

Assign responsibilities and develop a time table

Provide tools and techniques to carry out strategies

Action and Support

Assist the individual achieve their personal goals through positive encouragement, "hands on" follow up, tasking and continuous review

Suggest support and networking opportunities

Identify literature and other materials to assist with achieving the plan

Coach family, spouse, children and significant others on how they might contribute to the Success of the Individual
